During our recent gourmet getaway at the Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort, my husband and I indulged in a culinary journey curated by the talented sommelier, who guided us through a selection of exquisite wines from Italy and beyond. The exclusive rooftop restaurant, Le Cupole, treated us to a fusion of traditional Ligurian delicacies and innovative international dishes, all expertly crafted by Chef Graziano Duca.As we dined amidst the heady views overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio, each dish was a balance of tradition and creativity. The charming backdrop of the harbor and nearby beaches added to the experience. Despite the standard breakfast offerings, the evening meals were truly exceptional. The impeccable service and exclusive ambiance of Le Cupole made every bite memorable.A visit to this culinary gem is not just a meal but a cultural exploration of flavors harmonized with stunning vistas.
